Mr. Surina has also been falsely accused by Ms. Polarj of kidnapping their children during his court-ordered parenting schedule. These false allegations, disparaging comments, and continuous harassment have necessitated the intervention of the court to protect both Mr. Surina and his sons.
In addition to these allegations, Ms. Polarj served over 100 pages of fraudulent pleadings without counsel or translators, which were subsequently dismissed by the court. She further attempted to intimidate Mr. Surina and infringe upon his right to custody of his children by serving an official “Restraining Order” filed by the Spokane County Clerk.
On December 18, 2020, Ms. Polarj allegedly violated the court’s order and the law under RCW 9A.40.060 by intentionally withholding Mr. Surina’s younger son. This act constitutes custodial interference and is a deliberate attempt to deprive Mr. Surina of his lawful right to physical custody of his sons.
Furthermore, the court-enforced non-communication rule during exchanges appears to unfairly presume hostility on Aaron’s part, adding to the perception of bias against him. The court documents fail to acknowledge Aaron’s efforts in fulfilling his responsibilities, as evidenced by messages from the OurFamilyWizard platform.
In conclusion, the court’s current arrangements and actions of Ms. Polarj have perpetuated a cycle of bias and unfairness against Mr. Surina, placing undue burdens upon him while favoring Ms. Polarj. Mr. Surina implores the court to rectify these injustices and ensure a fair trial in the interest of both him and his children.
